真皮筋膜瓣翻转修复深度创面的临床应用

Clinical application of hinge fascia flap in repairing deep wound

目的：应用真皮筋膜瓣翻转修复深度创面,探讨该瓣的设计原理和转移方法。方法：应用真皮筋膜瓣修复手、足等肢体远端创面8例,筋膜瓣翻转180°反折转移,以真皮面向下覆盖创面,表面和供瓣区植皮。结果：8例患者手术效果理想,随访1~3年,外观功能满意。结论：对于手足远端深度创面,周围供瓣区贫乏,应用真皮筋膜瓣修复创面简单易行,成活率高。

Objective：To explore the design principle and transfer method of the hinge fascia flap applied in wound repair.Methods：Eight cases with hands and feet wounds were repaired by hinge fascia flaps,which were reversed 180°to cover the wounds.The superficies and remain raw surface were covered by skin-grafting.Results：The 8flaps survived well with satisfactory appearance and function in 1to 3years follow-up.Conclusion：The application of hinge fascia flap in repairing deep wound on extrimities is beneficial because of simple operation and high survival rate.
