宫颈癌患者血清DcR3及Survivin水平及临床意义

Clinical Significance of Serum Levels of DcR3 and Survivin in Cervical Cancer Patients

目的探讨血清DcR3及Survivin水平及对宫颈癌进展的判断意义.方法选择到陕西中医学院第二附属医院妇产科就诊的91例宫颈鳞癌患者,Ⅰ期34例,Ⅱ期33例,Ⅲ期患者24例,对各期CA125、CA19-9、CEA、DcR3及Survivin进行检测.结果Ⅱ期患者CA125、CEA较Ⅰ期均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ期患者CA125、CA19-9、CEA较Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期组均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Ⅱ期患者DcR3、Survivin较Ⅰ期均出现显著升高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Ⅲ期患者DcR3、Survivin较Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期组均出现显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Survivin与CA125、CEA呈正相关(P<0.05),与CA19-9未见相关性(P<0.05),DcR3与CA125、CEA呈正相关(P<0.05).结论宫颈癌分期的进展与DcR3及Survivin的紊乱密切相关,与常规肿瘤标志物等结合有助于判断疾病的进展.

Objective To study the clinical significance of serum Survivin and DcR3 levels in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 91 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients were enrolled in this study,there were 34 cases in stage Ⅰ, 33 cases in stage Ⅱ, 24 patients in stage Ⅲ. The serum levels of CA125,CAl9-9, CEA, Survivin and DcR3 were tested. Results The serum levels of CA125, CEA in stage Ⅱ were significantly higher than the stageⅠ（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of CA125,CA19-9, CEA of stage Ⅲ were significantly higher than stage I,Ⅱ（P〈0.05）. Survivin, DcR3 of stageⅡ patients than stage Ⅰsignificantly increased（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of Survivin, DcR3 of stage Ⅲwere significantly higher than stageⅠ,Ⅱ（P〈0.05）. The serum levels of Survivin and CA125, CEA showed significant positive correlation（P〈0.05）,and CA19-9 showed no significant correlation（P〈0.05）, The serum levels of DcR3 with CA125,CEA showed significant positive correlation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Survivin and DcR3 disorder is closely associated with cervical cancer staging, combining with conventional tumor markers would help to determine the progress of the disease.
