术中关节腔内注射氨甲环酸对TKA失血量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察术中关节腔内注射氨甲环酸(TXA)对于人工全膝关节置换(TKA)失血量的影响。方法回顾性分析自2010-01—2012-12的71例TKA,其中26例术中关节腔内注射TXA(观察组),45例未注射TXA(对照组)。观察记录2组输血量、失血量、手术时间、术中术后并发症。结果观察组手术时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组失血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者术后均获得12个月随访。观察组中2例合并糖尿病者切口延迟愈合,3周后均顺利愈合;对照组中1例合并糖尿病者切口延迟愈合,3周后愈合。2组均未出现双下肢静脉血栓、肺栓塞、切口感染等并发症。结论 TKA术中关节腔内注射TXA可以减少失血量及输血量,并且未增加术后下肢深静脉血栓等危险。
