白三烯受体拮抗剂对常规筛查系列皮肤斑贴试验反应的影响 被引量:1

Influence of a leukotriene receoptor antagonist, montelukast, on patch test reactions to routine screening series of allergens

摘要 目的 观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特对常规筛查系列皮肤斑贴试验的影响.方法 顺序选取门诊皮肤斑贴试验阳性(++)患者42例.第1次斑贴试验后予白三烯拮抗剂孟鲁司特口服,每天1次,每次10 mg,共14d,在服药后第11天再次进行斑贴试验,服药后第14天判读斑贴试验结果.斑贴试验反应程度由“-”至“+++”统一转换为数值0、1、2、3、4进行统计学分析.应用SPSS17.0版软件进行秩和检验.结果 完成试验的41例受试者,初次斑贴试验共49个格子中变应原显示强阳性(++)反应,干预后第2次斑贴试验,45个格子显示强阳性(++),1个格子由++变为+阳性,2个格子由++变为+++阳性.两次整体斑贴试验结果经秩和检验,Z=0.82,P=0.41,差异无统计学意义.结论 白三烯受体拮抗剂(孟鲁司特)对常规筛查系列皮肤斑贴试验反应抑制作用有限. Objective To evaluate the influence of a leukotriene receptor antagonist,montelukast,on patch test reactions to routine screening series of allergens.Methods Forty-two patients with positive (++) patch test reactions to one or more allergens included in routine screening series were sequentially collected at the dermatology outpatient clinic.After the first patch test,all the patients were given oral montelukast 10 mg once daily for 14 consecutive days.The patch test was conducted again on day 11,and patch test results were evaluated on day 14.The degree of patch test reactions from "-" to "+++" was converted into numeric values from "0" to "4" respectively for statistical evaluation.The results were analyzed by Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Ranks Test using the software SPSS17.0.Results Forty-one testees completed the study.Strongly positive (++) reactions were observed in 49 chambers (42 testees) during the first patch test,of which,45 remained strongly positive (++),1 turned from "++" to "+",and 2 from "++" to "+++" during the second patch test.No significant difference was observed in total results between the two patch tests (Z =0.82,P =0.41).Conclusion The inhibitory effect of montelukast on skin patch test reactions to routine screening series of allergens is limited.
