摘要
为了提高石墨电极的使用性能,研究如何将预处理炭纤维有效地加入到石墨电极中。通过一系列试验确定炭纤维的加入比例、加入方式、加入时间等参数,保障炭纤维在电极中有效分散。通过纤维增强,使电极强度提高10%左右。
In order to improve the properties of graphite electrode, carbon fiber reinforced graphite electrodes were prepared. The proportion of carbon fiber addition, addition method, adding time and other parameters were determined by a series of experiments to ensure the effective dispersion of carbon fibers in electrode. The results showed that the strength of carbon fiber-reinforced electrode increased by more than 10%.
