摘要
通过使用镁铝复合添加剂对炭阳极进行了改性试验,对炭阳极的二氧化碳反应性、空气反应性进行了测试,并对改性炭阳极进行了XRD检测分析。结果表明:与空白样比较,镁铝复合添加剂添加量为1.5%时,CO2反应残余率为82.04%,空气反应残余率67.21%,可提高炭阳极的空气/CO2残余率,增大平均晶粒厚度,使晶面间距变小,比单一添加方式效果要好。
This paper introduced the carbon anode modification experiment by using Mg-Al composite additive, including tests of carbon dioxide reactivity, air reactivity of carbon anode and XRD analysis. The results show that, compared with the blank sample, when Mg-Al composite additive dosage is 1.5%, the reaction residual rate of carbon anode in CO_2 is 82.04%, the reaction residual rate in air is 67.21%, the residual rate of carbon anode in CO_2 air can be improved, the average grain thickness can be enlarged, the interlunar spacing can be decreased, this method is more effective than single component.
