VEGF、EGFR的表达与非小细胞肺癌生物学行为的相关性 被引量:19

The correlation between expressions of VEGF and EGFR and biological behavior in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC)

摘要 目的:检测血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial factor,VEGF)和表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达,研究两者与NSCLC生物学行为之间的关系及两者之间的彼此关系。方法:采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(streptavidin-perosidase,SP)法检测VEGF、EGFR在112例NSCLC中的表达情况。结果:112例NSCLC中,VEGF、EGFR的阳性表达率分别为56.3%、69.6%。VEGF在NSCLC中的阳性表达与吸烟、分化程度、肿块大小、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、病变部位、组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。EGFR的阳性表达与年龄、组织学类型、分化程度、肿块大小、淋巴结转移及临床分期相关(P<0.05),而与性别、吸烟、病变部位无关(P>0.05)。VEGF、EGFR在NSCLC中的阳性表达呈正相关关系。结论:VEGF、EGFR在NSCLC的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可以作为初步判断NSCLC预后的独立指标。 Objective:To explore the correlation of expressions of VEGF and EGFR and their associations with the biological behavior in NSCLC. Methods:The protein expression of VEGF and EGFR were detected in 112 NSCLC by immunohistochemistry streptavidin - perosidase(SP)methods. Results:The positive rate of VEGF and EGFR were 56. 3% and 69. 6% respectively. The expressions of VEGF were significantly correlated with cigarette,histological grading,tumor mass,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P〈 0. 05),while being independent with gender,age, tumor site and histological type(P 〉 0. 05). EGFR expressions were related to age,histological type,histological grad-ing,tumor mass,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage(P 〈 0. 05). No correlation was found between EGFR ex-pression and gender,cigarette,as well as tumor site(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion:Both of VEGF and EGFR play an im-portant role in the growth and metastasis of NSCLC and may be taking as independent prognostic indicators.
