缺失基因DLC-1在原发性肝癌中的表达及意义

Clinical significance of DLC- 1 expression in hepatic cancer

目的:探讨缺失基因DLC-1在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法研究60例肝癌中DLC-1的表达水平,观察评估DLC-1的阳性表达与肿瘤分级、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的相关性。结果:60例原发性肝癌组织中,DLC-1高表达38例,癌旁组织高表达57例,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。肝癌分期越高,DLC-1 mRNA表达越低(P=0.008)。有淋巴结转移者DLC-1 mRNA表达也明显低于无转移者(P=0.012)。结论:缺失基因DLC-1与原发性肝癌的分期及侵袭转移能力密切相关,在肝癌发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。

Objective：To study the gene of deleted on liver cancer 1（DLC - 1）expression in primary liver cancer- tissues and its relationship with clinical pathological factors. Methods：To research immunized group 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma expression level of DLC - 1,and the relation of DLC - 1 expression and tumor grade,lymph node metastasis and clinical pathologic factors of relevance. Results：In 60 cases of primary liver cancer tissues,38 ca-ses were high expression,adjacent tissues to carcinoma high expression were 57 cases（P 〈 0. 001）. Along with the staging of liver cancer,DLC - 1 was reduced（P = 0. 008）. Low expression of DLC - 1 was also corelated with lymph node metastasis（P = 0. 012）. Conclusion：DLC - 1 expression was downregulated in hepatic cancer tissues,and itˊs related to hepatic cancer and metastasis.
