摘要 组织因子作为凝血因子Ⅶ细胞膜表面受体启动外源性凝血途径,参与肿瘤的高凝状态,并且在多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,介导多种信号转导影响肿瘤的生长、转移。 Tissue factor conducts as cell surface receptor for coagulation factor Ⅶ to initiate extrinsic coagulation pathway,involving in tumor hypercoagulable state. Whatˊs more,it is highly exprssed in multiple cancers,and medi-ates multiple signal transduction to affect tumor growth and metastasis.
