一根细细的粉丝,竟能传承300多年,直至今天成为招远市的主要招牌。2014年12月3日,中国第四批国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录由国务院正式公布,龙口粉丝传统制作技艺艺榜上有名,成为烟台201 4年唯一国家级非物质文化遗产申成功项目。

The thin vermicelli had lasted for more than three centuries before it becomes a majorbrand for Zhaoyuan to date. On Dec.3, 2014, the State Council promulgated the 4th list of the national intangible cultural heritage representative projects in China, and the technology of Longkou Vermicelli was on the list, becoming Yantai＇s only national intangible cultural heritage that was approved in 2014. The unique manufacturing skill of Longkou Vermicelli is full of magic and charm and worthy of being a popular specialty.
