HPLC法测定参泽冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量

摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱测定参泽冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱。流动相甲醇:水(74∶26),流速1ml/min,检测波长270nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA峰与其相邻峰的分离良好, 理论板数8000 。对照品线性范围0.04368~0.2184μg。r=0.9999,平均回收率100.04%,RSD1.47%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定参泽冲剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量,操作简便,结果准确。 Object To develop a HPLC quantitative method for the determination of tanshinone IIA in Shenze granule. Methods The chromatographic conditions include column kromacil C18 , mobile phase:methanol:water(74:26) ,flow rate of 1 ml/min and monitored at 270 nm. Results The number of theoretical plates caculated by tanshinone was 12000 , The regression equation for tanshinone IIA was Y= 5451.5x-1.6128, r=0.9999,r=0.9999,and the linear range was 0.04064μg^0.2032μg. The average recovery of tanshinone IIA was 100.04% ,RSD1.47%. Conclusion The method was sensitive, rapid and accurate for the Determination of tanshinone IIA In Niaosaitong tablets.
