缺血性中风患者血浆内皮素及内啡肽水平与中医辨证分型的相关性研究

Study on relationship between the levels of β-Ep、ET and Syndrome Differentiation Typing in acute ischemic stroke patients

目的 :探讨缺血性中风患者血浆内皮素及内啡肽水平与中风辨证分型的关系。方法 :将中风的五种辨证类型和健康对照组共 12 2例 ,采取放免法测定血浆内皮素及内啡肽水平。结果 :ET及β Ep水平在健康对照组中均低于缺血性中风各辨证类型 (P <0 0 1)。肝阳暴亢、痰热腑实及风痰阻络三个实证β Ep、ET水平明显高于阴虚风动 ,气虚血瘀两个虚证的β Ep、ET水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同时三个实证之间及二个虚证之间相比无显著意义。结论 :缺血性中风辨证分型与β Ep、ET水平具有相关关系 ,β Ep、ET水平 β Ep、ET水平可作为判定缺血性中风辨证的微观指标。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the levels of β Ep?ET and Syndrome Differentiation Typing in acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods:the levels of β Ep?ET were determined by radioimmunoassay in 122 cases of a healthy control group and five different syndromes of stroke.Results:The levels of β Ep?ET of Syndrome Diffentiantion Typing in acute ischemic stroke patients were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0 01),The levels of β Ep?ET of three Excess Syndrome higher than that of two deficiency Syndrome (P<0 05);but there was no change in three Excess Syndrome,the same results can be seen from two deficiency Syndrome.Conclusion:There is a correlated relationship between β Ep?ET and Sydrome Differentiation Typing in acute ischemic stroke patients,the levels of β Ep?ET can be regarded as a microcosmic indicates to separate Syndrome Differentiation Typing in acute ischemic stroke patients.
