The Effect of Microgravity on Plant Gravitropism

摘要 实验结果表明植物在空间微重力环境或地面模拟微重力效应下,植物向重力性缺乏、生长变慢、细胞生长受抑制等,虽然植物能够完成生活史,但种子发育的生理生化过程受到明显影响.综述了植物向重力性反应机制以及微重力对植物向重力性影响的研究进展,对已知的重力感受通路进行了总结,可为重力生物学研究提供参考. The results show that,gravitropism lacking,plant growth slowing down and cell cycle arrested were detected under microgravity in space or simulated microgravity on ground. Though plant can finish life cycle and produce seeds,the process of seed developing were affected obviously. In this paper,the progress on mechanism of gravitropism and the effect of microgravity on gravitropism are summarized.
