Study on Korean Harmful Substance Control System——To Cope with the Access Barriers of International Harmful Substances

本文简要介绍了常见有害物质的用途及其危害,回顾了有害物质的重大政策,并以韩国为例,分析研究了韩国对其电子电气产品在有害物质使用方面的管制法案,旨在为国内电子电气企业提供借鉴,完善国内的有害物质管控体系,有效应对国际市场有害物质的准入壁垒。

This paper briefly introduces the purposes and common hazards of harmful substances, reviews the major policies of harmful substances, and taking South Korea as an example analyzes and studies the Hazardous Substances Control Act on the usage of harmful substances in electrical and electronic products, in order to provide reference for domestic electrical and electronic industry, improve the national harmful substance control system to effectively deal with the international market access barriers of harmful substances.
