摘要
本文以规模以上企业标准化人员配置、省级示范区高级标准化人员分布、省级技术标准专家库等视角分析浙江省标准化人才现状,提出全省仍缺乏系统的标准化教育与培训,从业人员的综合素质与实际工作人存在较大差距,影响到企业标准化的长远发展。在此基础上,本文建议政府部门应联合省内高校等社会资源从标准化继续教育内涵、国外标准化教育经验、标准化人才评价体系等角度推进全省标准化人才建设。
From the perspective of the allocation of enterprise standardized talents, the distribution of provincial senior standardized talents in demonstration areas and provincial think tank on technical standards, this paper analyzes the situation of standardized talents in Zhejiang Province, puts forward an idea that the whole province still lacks systemic standardization education and training. Also, there is a huge difference of comprehensive quality between the practitioners and the practical working personnel, greatly affecting the long-term development of enterprise standardization. On this basis, the paper suggests that governments should combine the social resources including provincial colleges and universities to promote the provincial standardization talents construction in terms of the connotation of standardization further education, standardized education experience abroad, talent evaluation system, etc.
