摘要
针对金流程电子招投标活动中的基本要素识别问题,通过分析招标投标活动中的认知过程,建立了一种招标文件基本要素认知模型,将招标文件基本要素抽象为主体、属性、状态、规则四要素,并提出了一种招标文件基本要素识别方法,最后对某具体招标文件进行了实例分析.
This paper focuses on basic elements identification in the whole process of electronic bidding. By analyzing the cognitive process in the bidding activities, we proposed a novel cognitive model for identifying the basic elements in bidding documents, in which subjects, attributes, status, and rules are four elements. Furthermore, a new method for identifying the basic elements in bidding documents was given. Finally, case analysis for a specific bidding document justified the effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
