运用基于小组工作法的户外竞赛活动拓展MBA入学教育 被引量：1

摘要 为了培养MBA学员的竞争合作意识,文章提出了基于小组工作法的户外竞赛活动教学法,阐述了其实施步骤和要点,分析了其效应,结合安徽工商管理学院创业班入学教育中的户外竞赛活动进行了例证。
