摘要
铝合金材料的热轧变形抗力模型综合了材料的温度、压下量、变形率、轧制速度等工艺参数。通过对生产现场轧制工艺参数的测量,并通过数学回归的方法建立材料变形抗力数学模型,该数学模型包含了生产设备及工艺自身的特点,对建立符合现场实际的轧制数学模型有一定积极意义。
The deformation resistance model of hot-rolling aluminum alloy material considers the process temperature, engineering deformation and deformation rate,rolling speed and other process parameters. To establish mathematical model of deformation resistance by measuring the process parameters and by mathematical regression,the model contains the production equipment and process itself. It has certain positive significance to establish the mathematical model of practical rolling process.
