摘要 基于多体接触动力学理论,以某减速器的一对直齿轮为对象,在ADAMS软件中直观动态描述了齿轮啮合接触过程,计算了齿轮传动在给定驱动和扭矩下的输出转速、击振频率和动态啮合力。仿真结果和理论分析吻合,对减速器的设计及校核具有参考意义。 Based on multi-body contact dynamic theory,research on multi-body dynamic model in the gear system and provide model parameters' determination ways. With the example of a pair of gears of gear speed reducer,elaborate gear contact process and calculate gear transmission output speed,vibration frequency and meshing force under given motion and torque. The calculation result reveals the action of actual gears mesh very well.The simulation method and results have an important reference value and guidance to engineering design and capability checkout for gearbox.
