摘要
对氯工程自然循环电解槽膜极距改造及整体换膜后,单元槽电压下降约240 m V,电耗下降约265k W·h/t,电流效率提高2.3%。介绍改造后的操作变化,对装置后期的稳定运行提出改善思路。
Natural-circulation electrolyzers made by Chlorine Engineers Company were transformed into membrane-thickness electrode distance ones and all of membrane were replaced. Unit cell voltage dropped by about 240 mV, power consumption decreased by about 265 kW · h/t, and current efficiency increased by 2.3%. Changes in post-transformation running were introduced. Improvement ideas of stable running of the electrolyzers in future were proposed.
