摘要 高原地区温度较低,氢气从氢气处理工序送到氯化氢合成装置时,温度降低,其含有的水蒸气冷却结冰,造成工艺管线及阀门堵塞。规定了氯气钛管冷却器夏季和冬季的操作温度,将理论知识应用于氯化氢合成生产控制调节。对氯氢系统及氯化氢合成系统进行技术改造,提高装置整体安全性能和氯气利用率,产品质量得到极大改善。 The temperature in plateau was low. When hydrogen gas from hydrogen treatment process reached hydrogen chloride synthesis devices, its temperature dropped and water vapor contained in it froze to block the process pipeline and valve. The running temperature of chlorine titanium tubular cooler in the summer and in the winter was set. Theoretical knowledge was applied to of hydrogen chloride synthesis. The chlorine and hydrogen system and hydrogen the control and regulation chloride synthesis system were technically innovated. The overall safety performance of the devices and the use rate of chlorine increased, and quality of product improved greatly.
