摘要
针对数据采集技术对人体生理特征数据进行获取与辅助分析,运用接触面人机形态与压力分布的映射关系,建立出数据图样与人机接触面形态间的对应法则,对提高接触面形态设计效率,增强产品人机性能起到了推动作用。运用Tekscan压力分布测量系统,对潜航员坐姿操作状态的特征及规律,进行了实例验证,并将此设计方法应用于接触面形态的辅助设计当中,提高了产品人机接触面质量并拓展了相关应用领域。
In this paper, the corresponding laws between data patterns and human product contacting interfaces are established, using the mapping relationships of interfaces' ergonomics shapes and the pressure distribution, based on the data collection to human body physiological characteristics and its auxiliary analysis. It plays a catalytic role in improving the efficiency of the contacting interfaces' morphology design and enhancing its quality. An experiment about aquanaut's characteristic and reactions in the operation state is carried out in this study with the use of Tekscan pressure cushion measurement system. This method which improves the quality of human product contacting interfaces and expands its related applications is applied to the contacting interfaces' design.
