摘要
目的探讨操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在PICC术教学中的应用与评价。方法将参与PICC术培训的50名学生分为两组,实验组学员分别于培训的第2周、4周、6周进行3次中心静脉穿刺置管术DOPS评估,对照组学员只在培训的第6周进行1次DOPS。比较实验组和对照组学员第6周中心静脉穿刺置管术DOPS平均成绩并问卷调查教师与学员的反馈意见。结果实验组学员DOPS评估平均成绩为(43.86±1.87)分,高于对照组的(30.26±2.54)分(P<0.05)。结论 DOPS可作为有效的PICC术教学和考核方法,能够提高学生的PICC术操作水平。
Objective To explore the effect of DOPS in teaching PICC. Methods The final exam's DOPS score and satisfaction degree of teachers and students in two groups were compared. Results The average score of DOPS was(43.86±1.87) in experimental group was higher than those in control group(30.26±2.54)( P〈0.05). Conclusion DOPS can be used as an effective clinical teaching and examination method and can improve students' of PICC.
