摘要
目的探讨胃肠外科护理实习教学中临床路径带教的应用效果。方法以本院2013年6月~2014年10月的32名护理实习生为研究对象,随机均分为观察组与对照组,观察组行临床路径带教,对照组行传统带教,4周后对两组护理实习生进行理论知识、实际操作考核,并对比两组实习生对带教的满意度。结果观察组的理论与操作成绩均显著高于对照组(P=0.000〈0.01);临床路径带教下观察组实习生满意度为93.75%,传统路径带教下的对照组实习生满意度为81.25%。结论临床路径带教在胃肠外科护理实习教学中的应用效果显著,使实习生的思考及实际操作能力得到了显著的提高,同时使教学流程更加规范,提高了教学质量。
Objective To investigate the gastrointestinal surgical nursing practice teaching the application effect of clinical pathway in the teaching. Methods 32 nursing interns as the research object in our hospital, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group clinical pathway teaching, the control line of traditional teaching, after 4 weeks of two groups of nursing interns theoretical knowledge and practical appraisal, and compared two groups of trainee satisfaction of teaching. Results The theory and operation results in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P=0.000〈0.01). Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching in the application of gastrointestinal surgical nursing practice teaching effect is remarkable.
