新疆维吾尔族2型糖尿病高血压与HLA-DQA1等位基因多态性的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新疆维吾尔族2型糖尿病高血压与HLA-DQA1等位基因多态性的关系。方法从新疆维吾尔族地区随机选择73例2型糖尿病患者和42例高血压患者,以及37例2型糖尿病高血压患者和65例正常健康者,利用聚合酶链反应一序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)技术检测所有研究对象其HLA-DQA1等位基因频率。结果经统计和比较,2型糖尿病高血压组的HLA-DQA1*0104、HLA-DQAl*0301、HLA-DQA1*0501等位基因频率以及2型糖尿病组的HLA-DQA1*0104等位基因频率较之正常对照组比较均出现显著增高的情况,差异均有统计学意义,(均P<0.05)。结论新疆维吾尔族2型糖尿病高血压与HLA-DQA1等位基因多态性之间存在一定的关系。 Objective To study the xinjiang uygur type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and relationship of DQA1 alleles polymorphism of HLA. Methods Randomly selected 73 cases from xinjiang uygur region and 42 patients with type 2 diabetes patients with high blood pressure, and 37 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension and 65 cases of normal healthy subjects, using a polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers(PCR SSP) technology to detect all the object of study the HLA DQA1 allele frequency. Results Statistics and comparison, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure group of HLA-DQA1 * 0104, HLA-DQAl * 0301,HLA-DQA1 * 0301 allele frequency and type 2 diabetes group of HLA-DQA1 * 0104 allele frequency of the circumstances of a comparatively are significantly higher than the normal control group, the differences were statistically significant,(all P〈0.05). Conclusion Xinjiang uygur type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and HLA- there is a certain relationship between DQA1 alleles polymorphism.
