流行性出血热患者的临床特点研究

The Clinical Characteristics of Patients With Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever

目的通过研究流行性出血热的临床特点,为治疗流行性出血热提供治疗依据。方法 2013年5月~2014年5月期间,选取60例在本院接受治疗的流行性出血热患者,进行临床治疗研究。结果中青年男性是流行性出血热的高发人群,患者出现白细胞、中性粒细胞、血红蛋白上升、血小板下降、淋巴细胞异常等现象,心电图显示患者有心律不齐,肝功能、肾功能损伤。结论流行性出血热临床表现多样,病情复杂,所以对患者要进行及时的诊断和治疗,降低患者的病死率。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, provides the treatment basis for the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever. Methods In May 2013 to May 2014, select 60 patients in our hospital for treatment of patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever, for clinical research. Results The young and middle-aged men are high-risk groups of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, patients rising WBC, neutrophil, hemoglobin, platelet decline, the phenomenon such as abnormal lymphocytes, electrocardiogram showed that patients with arrhythmia, liver function, renal function injury. Conclusion Epidemic hemorrhagic fever clinical diversity, complex, so the patient to be timely diagnosis and treatment, to reduce the mortality of patients.
