Explore the Comprehensive Treatment Method of Elderly Patients With Pneumonia in Respiratory Medicine

目的分析研究老年性肺炎的诊疗方案与实际临床治疗效果,探索新的内科治疗模式。方法对我医院呼吸内科2014年1月~2014年12月收治的老年性肺炎患者随机抽样200位来进行本次研究,并回顾性分析该部分资料。结果实验组患者的临床治疗有效率高达100.0%,远远高于对照组的87.0%,两组治疗有效率比较（P〈0.05）,差异具有显著的统计学意义。结论结合老年患者的病症临床表现,挑选适宜的诊疗处置方案,可以很好的提高临床治疗效果,有效的缓解患者病痛。

Objective Analysis of senile pneumonia treatment programs and the actual clinical outcomes, and explore new medical treatment modalities. Methods For elderly patients with pneumonia me Respiratory Medicine Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were treated to a random sample of 200 of this study and a retrospective analysis of the partial information. Results Clinical treatment of patients in the experimental group efficiency up to 100.0 %, far higher than the 87.0%, comparing two treatment efficiency（P〈0.05）, with significant difference statistically significant. Conclusion Combined with the clinical manifestations of the disease in elderly patients, the selection of appropriate treatment disposal options, can be very good to improve clinical outcomes, effectively relieve pain in patients.
