24小时动态脑电图对儿童抽动障碍患者病情的评估价值研究

Study on the Assessing Value of AEEG to Clinical Symptoms of Children With tic Disorders

目的回顾性分析抽动障碍儿童的临床与脑电图特征。方法观察92例抽动障碍患儿的临床症状,并利用24小时动态脑电图仪记录其脑电图改变。结果短暂性抽动症、慢性抽动症及多发性抽动症患儿脑电图异常率相比较,慢性抽动症或多发性抽动症患儿在脑电图表现上其异常率明显高于短暂性抽动症,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抽动障碍患儿脑电图上的异常表现与病情的严重程度、患病时间有一定关系,24小时动态脑电图亦可作为判断儿童抽动障碍病情程度的客观指标。

Objective To study the relationship between the clinic symptoms and 24 hours AEEG of the children with tic disorders. Methods The changes in clinical symptoms and 24 hours AEEG were observed in 92 child tic disorders cases. Results By comparing the rates of AEEG abnormality in TTP, CTP and TS, it was found that the rates of AEEG abnormality in CTP and TS are higher than TTP. The difference has statistically significant.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The AEEG abnormality of children with tic disorders is relevant to the severity of their illness and sick time. 24 hours AEEG can be used as the objective indicator assessing the severity of children with tic disorders.
