35例心脑综合征临床观察分析

目的提高对心脑综合征临床观察及认识。方法就我院收治的35例心脑综合征患者临床特点进行回顾性分析。结果 28例症状逐渐减轻或恢复,5例无好转,2例心衰加重而死亡。结论心脑综合征属于各种心脏疾病的病情发展到一定阶段的不良结果,在对各种原发性心脏病实施临床治疗时,应注意消除可诱发心脑综合征的各种风险因素,以有效地避免发生心脑综合征,促进康复,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To improve the clinical observation and understanding of cardio-cerebral syndrome. Methods 35 patients with cardio-cerebral syndrome clinical features were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital. Results 28 cases symptoms gradually reduce or restored, no improvement in 5 cases, 2 cases of aggravating heart failure and death. Conclusion Cardio-cerebral syndrome is serious complications of heart disease, should be in the treatment of primary cardiac disease remove cardio-cerebral syndrome inducing factors, prevent cardio-cerebral syndrome, promote rehabilitation, improve patient quality of life.
