消化酶制剂治疗消化不良的疗效观察

目的研究分析消化酶制剂对消化不良症状的临床治疗效果。方法 2011~2012年我院共接收了64例消化不良患者,对他们进行了随机分组,共有对照组和治疗组两组,每组32例患者,对照组患者接受的是吗丁啉治疗,治疗组则是使用消化酶制剂治疗,对治疗后的两组有效率进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的临床治疗有效率为,治疗组是90.63%,对照组是65.63%,两组患者的治疗有效率之间存在统计学差异性（P〉0.05）,说明使用消化酶制剂的患者获得的治疗效果更加优秀一些。结论消化不良症状使用消化酶制剂的治疗效果比较好,不良反应率比较低,临床中可靠安全,是值得推广使用的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect analysis of digestive enzyme preparation on dyspepsia symptoms. Conclusion Dyspeptic symptoms using digestive enzyme preparation of better therapeutic effect,adverse reaction rate is relatively low, safe and reliable clinical treatment method, is worthy to be popularized.
