摘要
目的分析不同方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法选取我院收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,观察组给予LISS治疗,对照组给予解剖钢板固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组膝关节功能优良率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);但观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种手术方法治疗效果良好,但LISS安全性更高。
Objective To analyze the different methods of treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Select our hospital 60 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients in this study will be divided into two groups, the observation group LISS treatment, the control group was given anatomical plate fixation were compared treatment effects. Results The rate is relatively good knee function, no significant difference（P〉0.05）, but the observation group, the incidence of complications than the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Two surgical methods of treatment works well, but LISS more secure.
