摘要
目的探讨在口腔修复中,三种修附着体在活动义齿中的修复效果。方法选取从2006年1月~2014年6月在我院口腔科就诊的48例牙列缺损的患者进行附着体义齿设计、进行修复,定期随访。结果此48例患者均咀嚼效能高,固位稳定,均达到满意效果。结论应用附着体固位制作活动义齿可以增强其固定力、提高咀嚼效率,舒适、美观,适合临床长期推广应用。
Objective To study the in dental restorations, three kinds of repairing the attachment in the activities of the denture repair effect. Methods From January 2006~June 2014 in our hospital dental clinic of 48 cases of patients with dentition defect for attachment denture design and repair, and regular follow-up. Results 48 patients were chewing efficiency is high, the stable retention.all achieve satisfied effect. Conclusion The application of attachment denture retention make activities can enhance its fixed force, improve the efficiency of chewing, comfortable, beautiful, suitable for clinical application for a long time.
