克罗恩病30例内科临床治疗

Clinical Treatment of 30 Cases of Crohn's Disease in Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨克罗恩病的临床内科治疗。方法选取临床2012年6月~2014年6月收治的克罗恩病患者30例临床药物治疗资料进行分析。结果对30例克罗恩病患者经治疗定期行血沉、肠镜等随诊,病情稳定,病情好转28例,无效2例。结论以内科综合治疗为主,强调个体化治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical medical treatment of Crohn＇s disease. Methods 30 cases of Crohn＇s disease were treated in clinical drug therapy were analyzed in June 2012~June 2014. Results 30 patients with Crohn＇s disease treated regularly in erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and other follow-up colonoscopy in a stable condition, the condition improved in 28 cases, 2 cases. Conclusion Comprehensive medical treatment, emphasizing individual treatment.
