摘要
目的探讨静脉留置针用于小儿护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的输液患儿183例作为研究对象,按照护理方式划分,对照组(n=90)普通穿刺,观察组(n=93)用静脉留置针,对比两组效果。结果对照组满意率为62.2%,观察组为98.9%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿护理中使用静脉留置针可提升家长满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of venous indwelling needle used in pediatric nursing. Methods Select 183 cases as the research object in our hospital, according to the nursing way, divided into the control group（n=90） ordinary puncture, observation group（n=93） with venous indwelling needle, compared two groups of results. Results The control satisfaction rate is 62.2%, contrast observation group was 98.9%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric nursing can promote parents satisfaction, has promotion value.
