美宝湿润烧伤膏在压疮护理中的应用

目的探讨美宝湿润烧伤膏用于压疮患者的疗效观察,通过压疮的受压程度、溃疡面的大小、深度来判断美宝湿润烧伤膏在短时间内促进皮肤修复效果。方法先用生理盐水冲洗创面,均匀涂上美宝约1 mm厚,每次换药将疮面上残留的药物及已液化的白色物以生理盐水冲洗,消毒纱布轻轻擦干后再涂药。结果烧伤膏涂压疮的创面,它起到自熔性清创及促进肉芽组织的生长,效果满意。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏对压疮患者有较好的治疗作用,能在较短的时间内促进皮肤修复,使用方便、经济、愈合快,疗效确切。

Objective To discuss Mabel Moist Cream＇s curative effect on patients with pressure sores, we observe the degree of pressure ulcers＇ compression, the surface of the ulcer size and depth. Methods Wash the wound with physiological saline, then evenly coated with Mabel Moist Cream about 1 mm. Every time change fresh dressing for a wound, you have to rinse the residues of drugs and the colliquative white out. Then, dry the wound gently with antiseptic gauze. Last, wear the cream. Results Burn cream with pressure ulcers wound, it has self fluxed debridement and promote the growth of granulation tissue, effect is satisfactory. Conclusion It was proposed that the therapeutic action of Mabel Moist Cream on patients with pressure ulcers was good. It promotes the skin repair effectively. It is also convenient to use, economic and the curative effect is accurate
