糖尿病是临床上发病率越来越高的慢性代谢性疾病,并且并发症非常多。糖尿病性视网膜病变是糖尿病微血管病变的重要表现,是导致糖尿病患者失明的主要原因。在护理中要检查患者的视网膜病变程度,给与对症治疗,通过密切观察及护理,有效降低糖尿病性视网膜病变发生率。在护理中要加强对患者的病情监测,对患者进行饮食指导和运动锻炼,并且指导患者养成良好的生活方式,从而帮助患者更好的进行病情的护理。患者要遵从医嘱,减少对眼部的刺激,缓解眼部的压力。
The increasing incidence of diabetes is the clinical chronic metabolic disease, and complications. Diabetic retinopathy is one of the important performance, diabetic microvascular disease is the leading cause of blindness in patients with diabetes. To check in the nursing of patients with retinopathy, give symptomatic treatment, through close observationand nursing, effectively reduce the incidence of diabetic retinopathy. To strengthen the condition monitoring of patients in nursing, diet guidance to patient and exercise, and guide the patients to form a good way of life, so as to help patients better condition of nursing care. Patients should follow the doctor＇s advice, to reduce the stimulation of the eyes, relieve eye stress.
