慢性肾炎的健康教育以及护理效果体会分析

Analysis of Chronic Nephritis of Health Education and Nursing Effect

目的研究分析慢性肾炎的健康教育及护理效果体会。方法随机选取2012年12月~2013年6月我院肾内科收治的95例慢性肾炎患者作为研究对象,全部患者给予一般护理、临床体征监测观察、健康教育、心理护理等护理措施和方案,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过医护人员的临床治疗和全程舒适护理,95例患者中,治疗无效患者1例,明显好转19例,痊愈75例,治疗后总有效率达98.95%。结论采取切实可行的护理措施对缓解患者情绪具有积极的作用,同时可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,降低死亡率和复发率,改善临床治疗效果。

Objective To study and analysis the experience of chronic nephritis of health education and nursing effect. Methods 95 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly selected in 2012 December^2013 year in June our courtyard kidney admitted to the department of internal medicine as the object of study, all the patients were given general nursing, observation, clinical signs monitoring health education, psychological nursing and scheme, observing the clinical curative effect of the patients. Results After treatment the clinical medical staff and full of comfortable nursing, 95 patients, treatment is invalid in 1 cases, 19 cases improved significantly, 75 cases were cured after the treatment, the total effective rate was 98.95%. Conclusion To take the practical and feasible nursing measures have positive effect to relieve the patients, also can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with time, decrease the mortality and recurrence rate, improve clinical curative effect.
