摘要
目的探析妇科护理质量和安全管理对策。方法及时发现在护理过程中存在的问题,通过制定护理的管理标准、完善护理的管理体系、规范护理的工作行为等来实现质量控制和安全管理目的。结果采取相应的护理对策后,实现了妇科护理质量的控制和安全管理的要求。结论及时发现在妇科护理过程中存在的问题,积极探讨解决对策,对提高护理的质量,加强安全管理具有重要的作用。
Objective To Aanalyze the obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality and safety management countermeasures. Methods Found the nursing problems in the process timely, through standardizing nursing management standard, improve nursing management system, formulate the nursing work behavior to achieve the purpose of quality control and safety management. Results The nursing countermeasure, to realize the control and management of quality and safety requirements of the nursing department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Conclusion Found nursing process problems in obstetrics and gynecology timely, actively explore solutions, to improve the nursing quality, has an important role to strengthen the safety management.
