吸收放散试验在高效价冷凝集素导致的血型鉴定和交叉配血困难时的临床应用价值

The Value of Absorption and Irradiation Test in Blood Group and Cross-matching Test out Caused by the High Titer of Cold Agglutinins in Clinical Application

目的分析因高效价的冷凝集素导致的正反定型不符合和交叉配血困难时的解决方案。方法选择因高效价冷凝集素的存在而导致的交叉配血和血型鉴定异常的8例患者作为研究对象,对患者血浆采用吸收放散方法清除冷凝集素后再进行血型鉴定和交叉配血。结果运用吸收试验和放散试验可以有效的减少冷凝集素对实验过程和结果的干扰。结论吸收放散法可有效的减少甚至去除冷凝集素,使得检验结果真实可靠。

Objective Analysis of the solution of blood group identification in discrepancy and blood cross-matching in difficulty due to the high titer of cold agglutinins. Methods Selection of the group identification and cross-matching test out caused by the high titer of cold agglutinins in 8 cases ofpatients as the research object. Use the Method of absorption and irradiation test to clear the cold agglutinin. Results Absorption and irradiation test can reduce the interference of cold agglutination on the experimental process and results. Conclusion Absorption and irradiation test can effectively reduce or even remove the cold agglutinin,which makes the test result is true and reliable.
