Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Anesthesia in Elderly Patients

目的研究分析高龄患者使用麻醉的方法和效果。方法选取2012~2013年我院接收的170例高龄手术患者来进行研究分析,根据这些患者临床使用麻醉治疗的效果和情况进行研究分析。结果全部患者都使用了科学、合理的麻醉方式,患者生命体征稳定,麻醉效果优秀,围手术期内无因麻醉而死亡的病例。结论高龄患者的技能退化严重,身体情况复杂度高,手术治疗使用的麻醉可能会导致患者的生命安全受到威胁,所以应该要对高龄患者的麻醉治疗进行观察,使用恰当的方法和剂量,避免患者的生命受到威胁,降低麻醉并发症和死亡率。

Objective To study the method and effect analysis of elderly patients with anesthesia. Methods 170 cases of elderly patients received operation to carry on the research analysis from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital, carries on the research analysis based on these patients clinical use of narcotic effect of treatment and the situation. Results All patients have used anesthetic mode of scientific, reasonable, patients with stable vital signs, anesthesia effect is excellent, peri operation period without death due to anesthesia cases. Conclusion Elderly patients with severe degradation of the physical condition of skills, high complexity, anesthesia may cause the patient life safety is threatened treatment operation, so it should be the treatment of the aged patients with anesthesia were observed, using method and dose of appropriate, avoid the patient＇s life is threatened, reduce the mortality and complication of anesthesia.
