摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉内膜剥脱术术后治疗效果的评价及术后随访及并发症诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院2012年1月~2014年6月间,30例行颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者术后进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查及远期随访。结果术后患者颈动脉血管狭窄病变得到解除,血管内通道直径及血流动力学参数均较术前明显改善,可在颈动脉内膜剥脱术后即时发现术中修补差错及并发症,也是术后近远期随访中的首选方法。结论彩色多普勒超声能够可靠测量颈内膜剥脱动脉术术后颈动脉原狭窄处的管径及流速指标,客观评价颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗效果;是颈动脉内膜剥脱术后即时发现术中修补差错及并发症的重要检查手段,在术后近远期随访中被临床医师广为利用。
Objective This paper discusses the benefits of color Doppler ultrasound（CDUS） in patients after carotid endarterectomy（CEA） in terms of postoperative outcome, follow-up visits and diagnosis of complications. Methods 30 patients who received CEA in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were recruited in the study. CDUS examination was performed on these patients after their operation and in long-term follow-ups. Results patients＇ carotid stenosis has been cured, intravascular diameters and hemodynamic parameters have been improved. Conclusion Color Doppler is able to accurately measure diameters of the originally diseased blood vessel section and aid objective evaluation of the outcome. With color Doppler, doctors can find any defects of the operation and diagnose implications in a timely manner. Color Doppler has now become widely used in postoperative examination and follow-ups.
