规范化早孕期超声筛查在双胎异常妊娠中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Standardized Ultrasound Screening in Early Pregnancy in Abnormal Twin Pregnancy

目的探讨分析规范化早孕期超声筛查在双胎异常妊娠中的临床价值。方法选择于2013年1月~2014年1月到我院进行超声检查的120例双胎妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,分析其妊娠过程和临床结局。结果参与研究的120例早孕期超声筛查孕妇中有5例孕妇出现超声异常,其中1例孕妇两个胎儿均发现异常,其余4例均为单个胎儿发现异常。疑似胎儿异常均经引产、中晚孕期随访或胎儿出生后得到证实,早孕期超声筛查双胎异常发生率为4.17%。结论对双胎孕妇进行规范化的早孕期产前检查有重要的意义,统一超声检查的时间、内容以及检查方法,并规范化操作可以有效的在早期发现双胎异常情况并进行积极干预,提高母婴预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical value analysis of standardized ultrasound screening for gestational abnormal early pregnancy in twins. Methods Department of ultrasonography examination of 120 cases of twin pregnancy pregnant women as the object of study in 2013January to 2014 January in our hospital, analysis of the process and the clinical outcome of pregnancy. Results In the study of 120 cases of early pregnancy ultrasound screening of pregnant women in 5 cases of pregnant women appear ultrasound abnormalities, including 1 cases of pregnant women, two fetuses were found abnormal, the remaining 4 cases were single fetal abnormal. Suspected fetal abnormalities were confirmed by induced labor, late pregnancy follow-up or the fetus after birth confirmed, first trimester ultrasound screening for abnormal twin occurrence rate is 4.17%. Conclusion The twin pregnant women for early prenatal examination standardization has important significance, time, content and examination method of unified ultrasonography, and standardized operation can be effective in early detection of abnormal twin situation and make a positive intervention, improve maternal and infant prognosis.
