复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Compound Azintamide Combined With Itopride Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的分析复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取2012年4月~2014年4月期间我院诊治的100例功能性消化不良病患,随机分成研究组和对照组,每组各50例患者。对照组给予盐酸伊托必利治疗,研究组接受盐酸依托必利和复方阿嗪米特联合进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组患者总有效率为94%,对照组患者总有效率为67%,研究组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸依托必利治疗功能性消化不良较单独应用盐酸依托必利临床效果显著,值得进行临床推广及使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of compound azintamide combined with itopride hydrochloride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods From 2012 April to 2014 April in our hospital during diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of functional dyspepsia patients, randomly divided into study group and control group, each group had 50 patients. The control group was given itopride hydrochloride treatment, study group received itopride hydrochloride and compound azintamide combined treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The study group of patients, the total effective rate was 94%, patients in the control group the total effective rate was 67%, the total efficiency of study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound azintamide combined with itopride hydrochloride in treatment of functional dyspepsia than single application of itopride hydrochloride clinical effect is significant, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
