多种西药联合应用导致不良反应的观察分析

Analysis of Induced Adverse Reactions Associated With the Observation of a Variety of Western Medicine

目的探讨多种西药联合治疗疾病的不良反应。方法本次选择我院2012年11月~2014年12月收治的患者共200例,根据其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本次试验中,不良反应发生率达87%,其中引起不良反应的药物主要包括中药制剂（49%）、抗菌药（63%）。结论在临床上应合理选择药物治疗,能够有效降低药物不良反应发生率,提高药物治疗效果。

Objective To explore a variety of adverse reaction of Western medicine combined withtreatment of disease. Methods We choose our hospital from 2012 November to 2014 December werea total of 200 patients were retrospectively analyzed, according to the clinical data. Results In this test, the adverse reaction rate was 87%, the cause of adverse drug reactions mainly includes thepreparation of traditional Chinese medicine（49%）, antibiotics（63%）. Conclusion In clinic should be a reasonable choice of drug treatment, can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, improve the therapeutic effect of drugs.
