腹泻型肠易激综合征中医治疗临床疗效探究

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的本次对腹泻型肠易激综合征中医治疗进行临床疗效探究。方法选取我院就诊的90患者例分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组给予中医方法进行治疗,对照组给予西医方法进行治疗。结果实验组总有效率达到95.83%,对照组79.16%。结论中医治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征可以有效改善患者腹痛等临床症状,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective The study of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome to explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment. Methods Select 90 patients in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group, the experimental group to traditional Chinese medicine method of treatment, the control group was given western medicine treatment method. Results In the experimental group the total effective rate reached 95.83%, 79.16% in the control group Conclusion irritable bowel syndrome can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with abdominal pain diarrhea intestinal TCM treatment, it is worth to popularize in clinic.
