分析中医综合疗法治疗48例溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效

Analysis of TCM Comprehensive Therapy in the Treatment of 48 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨中医综合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,并总结临床治疗经验。方法选取2012年10月~2013年10月于我院就诊治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者48例,分为实验组和对照组各24例,实验组给予中医综合治疗法,对照组给予西医治疗法。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率达到95.83%,对照组79.16%（P〈0.05）。结论中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有显著疗效,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore TCM comprehensive therapy to treat ulcerative colitis, and summarize the clinical experience. Methods To choose 48 patients with ulcerative colitis were treated in October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital, divided into experimental group and the control group（n=24）, the experimental group gives the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group gives the western medicine therapy. Results After treatment, the experimental group total effective rate of 95.83%, 79.16% in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ulcerative colitis has significant curative effect, is worth popularizing in clinic.
