针刺与中药配合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床疗效观察

To Observe the Efficacy of Combined Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Treatment of Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy

目的对针刺与中药配合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变患者的治疗效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的20例(24眼)前部缺血性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采取针刺与中药配合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果痊愈10眼,好转12眼,无效2眼,总有效率为91.7%。结论治疗前部缺血性视神经病变患者采取针刺与中药配合治疗,能够提高治疗有效率,改善眼部血液供应。

Objective To acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined with treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy treatment effects were discussed. Methods 20 cases of our hospital（24 eyes） with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy as the object of study, all patients were treated by Acupuncture and Chinese medicine with the treatment, observation and treatment effect. Results Cure occurred in 10 eyes, 12 eyes improved, 2 eyes were invalid, the total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion The treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy take acupuncture and Chinese medicine with the treatment, can improve the treatment efficiency, to improve the ocular blood supply, worthy of promotion.
