强精种子汤及调经种子汤联合西医治疗男女性不育症随机平行对照研究

目的观察强精种子汤及调经种子汤联合西医治疗男女性不育症疗效。方法使用随机平行对照数字表法将90例门诊患者分为对照组45例,西医治疗,男性:(1)绒毛膜促性腺激素;(2)手术治疗:精索静脉曲张需手术进行治疗,炎症应进行抗生素治疗;女性:采取宫、腹腔镜技术对患者进行手术治疗。结果治疗组显效30例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.78%。对照组显效20例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率71.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强精种子汤及调经种子汤联合西医治疗男女性不育症效果显著。

Conclusion Strong fine seed soup and regulate the menstrual function soup combined western medicine therapy effect is remarkable, male and female infertility is worth promoting.
