药物联合多克自热炎痛贴治疗慢性盆腔炎68例疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of 68 Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Cases Treated With Drug and DUOKE Self Heating Inflammatory Pain Paste

目的探讨药物联合多克自热炎痛贴治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法慢性盆腔炎患者133例,随机抽取68例药物联合多克自热炎痛贴治疗为观察组,65例药物治疗为对照组,对两组疗效进行比较。结果经2个疗程治疗后,两组治愈率比较:观察组为70.59%,对照组为50.77%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.482,P<0.05)。结论药物联合多克自热炎痛贴治疗慢性盆腔炎方法简单、安全、效果好。

Objective In investigate the clinical efficacy of the drug combined with DUOKE self heating dephlogisticate analgesic pad for the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 133 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected. And in which 68 cases were randomly assigned to the observation group and the others were taken as control group. Then the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results After treatment of 2 courses, the cure rate of observation and control groups were 70.59% and 50.77%, respectively. And its discrepancy was statistically significant（χ2=5.482, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Drug treatment with DUOKE self heating dephlogisticate analgesic pad of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is simple, safe, good effect.
