执行功能干预训练对老年脑梗死患者执行功能的影响

The Executive Effect of Functional Training to Perform the Function of Senile Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的探究执行功能干预训练对老年脑梗死患者执行功能的影响。方法选取我科收治的达到脑梗死标准的老年患者74例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上添加执行功能干预治疗方案,评测两组患者治疗前、治疗后3个月执行功能改变情况。结果治疗三个月后,观察组各项执行功能评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论执行功能干预法综合治疗效果显著,可以缓解老年脑梗死患者的执行功能。

Objective To explore the executive function intervention training on executive function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Select our hospital to elderly patients with cerebral infarction standard 74 cases as the research object, randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 37 cases each. Control group given routine drug treatment, the observation group based on this to join a series of executive function intervention treatment, evaluation of two groups of patients before and after treatment for 3 months executive function change. Results After three months of treatment, the observation group executive function scores were higher, the difference was significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A comprehensive intervention executive function significant treatment effect, can relieve executive function in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
